Standard Clean
This clean handles the “visible" dirt that accumulates through daily life. It includes dusting surfaces, vacuuming rooms and high-traffic areas, and sanitising the kitchen and bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
This is designed for homes that are already relatively clean but need a professional touch to maintain that baseline. It’s perfect for the busy professional or family who wants to reclaim their weekends.
WHEN ITS REQUIRED:
The Weekly/Fortnightly Reset:
Reclaim your weekends: You work 5 days a week, you shouldn’t be spending your weekend cleaning. Weekends are for relaxing and spending time with your family & friends.
Pre-Guest Refresh: You’re hosting a dinner party or having friends over for the weekend and want the house to look polished without you having to scrub the floors.
The “I’m Overwhelmed" Save: When a busy week has led to a pile-up of dust and bathroom mess, and you just need the clock reset to zero.
The Upkeep
Deep Clean
When it’s required:
The First-Time Client: Usually, a deep clean is required before transitioning a client into a "Standard" maintenance schedule. You can't maintain a clean house if there’s a layer of old grime underneath.
Seasonal / Spring Cleaning: A quarterly or semi-annual service to tackle the things usually ignored, like scrubbing grout, cleaning inside cupboards, or moving furniture to vacuum underneath.
Post-Event Recovery: After a big holiday season or a large party where the house has taken a "beating" and needs more than just a quick wipe-down.
THE RESTORATION
This is for homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in 3+ months or are showing signs of hidden grime (grease on the range hood, limescale in the shower, or dust behind the sofa).

The bond recovery or selling
This is the most intensive service. The goal isn't just "clean" it’s "empty and immaculate" to satisfy a property manager’s checklist.
WHEN ITS REQUIRED:
Moving Out: The tenant wants their full bond back. This requires cleaning things that even a Deep Clean might skip, such as cleaning inside the oven, the interior of all windows/tracks, and ensuring every single cupboard and drawer is spotless.
Moving In: A new homeowner or tenant wants the peace of mind that they are moving into a completely sanitized environment that hasn't been touched since the previous occupants left.
Selling a Property: To make a home "Stage Ready" for real estate photos and open homes. A sparkling clean house (including the inside of appliances that buyers will open) significantly impacts the perceived value.
